A note from kristen-

For 20 years, my purpose has been making people look and feel beautiful from behind the styling chair. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to build deep, lasting relationships with my clients, helping them express their personal style through master hair artistry.

But over the years, I noticed a consistent pattern: true radiance, vibrant hair, and genuine daily energy aren’t things we can just apply from a bottle on the surface. They are a direct reflection of what is happening inside the body.

Driven by an absolute passion for nutrition, cellular health, and lifestyle wellness, I decided to deepen my education. I committed to the training required to become a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP).
